Partners Pre Conference Presentations

Partners Pre Conference Presentations

The link to the presentation proposal form is here, http://goo.gl/forms/OG6E2TFY1P and is scheduled to be open November 1 and will close on March 1. Check back after November first to make a submission.

Only sponsors who have paid their deposit will be notified when the application form opens. The decisions for these pre conference proposals are made by the Board on or before March 5. They are then under further review for about a week to be sure that full payment has been made by March 1. We also check to verify any school district named as a partner is attending  and planning being a part of the presentation.
  • Sponsors can submit a proposal to present at a Wednesday afternoon Partners pre-conference session.
  • This is the only opportunity for vendors to present at the conference, so it is competitive.
  • There are usually between 10-15 presentations slots available and over 60 sponsors attending our conference.
  • ACPE awards pre-conference sessions only to high-quality proposals that place a very high value on school district participation.
  • Only sponsors who have paid their deposit can apply, and only sponsors who are fully paid by March 1 will be considered.
  • Proposals will be accepted between December 1 and February 15.
  • There are 100 points possible. Points are awarded by school district participation, sponsor level, and a published rubric:
    • Confirmed school district participation proposals will receive 35 points.
    • Gold Sponsors receive 10 points, Platinum Sponsors 20 points, and Diamond Sponsors 30 points.
    • 20 points for an innovative idea or product as determined by the ACPE Board.
    • and, 25 points for relevance to K-12 needs as determined by the ACPE Board.
  • Accepted proposals are announced on or before March 15. Those companies will be contacted by the ACPE Board.
  • If you do not receive confirmation, your proposal was not accepted.

The contacts from the winning proposals will notified on or before March 15.
