What housing is available for sponsor representatives?
There is no lodging possible at the conference center. ACPE reserves every room for members who are attending. Please do not call the resort since they will not be able to assist you.

Gold and Platinum Sponsors are not provided with housing by ACPE; we expect these sponsors to obtain their own housing outside of The Resort using the links provided below. No one at the Resort or ACPEnw will be able to assist in this process.

Diamond Sponsors are provided with some housing, as detailed in the Benefits and also described in the logistics. But it may not be enough, so they too will be on their own to locate additional housing near the Resort as well. 

Where can I find additional housing for my staff?
Look at our lodging information page for the many choices in the area: http://sponsors.acpenw.org/lodging. It is very important to have confirmations by April 1 or it gets very difficult to find anything close to the conference center

What are the options for the Internet and power in the Sponsor Showcase/Exhibits, and what is the cost? What about chairs, tables, and flooring?
All sponsors receive free wireless access and free power. And, we provide just about everything else you'll need too. Tables, chairs and flooring are all included. We try our best to keep this simple for you. And remember, this is a conference based on building relationships and networking. The best times to meet our members are during the conference. Your registration includes all sessions, events, activities, meals and beverages. It's all included!

Will my company logo be included in ACPE conference materials?
Yes! We will use the logo displayed on your company's website unless you provide us with a different one. We will link to your company's website unless you provide another link. Please email any different logos or links to jb@acpenw.org.

How many conference attendees do you expect?
 ACPE's conference is aimed at leadership-level IT professionals, including CIOs, CTOs, executive directors, directors, and network, server and system administrators. Our conference will sell out as has been the case for the last five years. This means there will be 675 conference attendees. 475 of those are leadership and support staff form K-12 IT departments. Our survey of those attendees show over 80% of them are the decision makers or provide significant influence for all IT spending in their school district. The other 225 attendees are staff attending through vendor sponsorships.  

When will sponsors receive an attendee list?
The K-12 attendee list is distributed via a link in an email to all sponsor contacts and attendees one week before the conference. It is a URL and will automatically updates with changes until May 15.
