What is the 2018 Theme?

It's not be selected yet, but it will be a pirate theme of some sort.

This theme is meant to convey to our attendees the sense of adaptations,  reconstruction, rebuilding, reorganizing, rearranging, reworking, renewing, revamping, and retooling while all the time successfully managing change.

Sponsors are encouraged to utilize the theme in any activity/presentation in their Sponsor Space or other presentations. ACPE will be providing various activities and areas to promote the theme. Placement of activities/areas will be to encourage attendees to visit Sponsor Showcases.

What housing is available for sponsor representatives?

Gold and Platinum Sponsors are not provided with housing by ACPE; we expect these sponsors to obtain their own housing outside of The Resort using the links provided below. No one at the Resort or ACPEnw will be able to assist in this process.

Diamond Sponsors are provided with some housing, as detailed in the Benefits and also described in the logistics. But it may not be enough, so they too will be on their own to locate additional housing near the Resort as well. 

Where can I find additional housing for my staff?

There are a multitude of local vacation rentals and hotels available. Many vacation rentals are within a mile radius of the resort.

What are the options for Internet and power in the Sponsor Showcase, and what is the cost?

All sponsors receive free wireless access and free power. We will do our best to provide a wired connection for free if desired, but not all booth locations are accessible to a wire.

Are there any extra costs for basics like carpet, chairs or tables in the Sponsor Showcase?

No, all of these basic essentials are provided free of charge. The ACPE Board's goal is to make your experience as carefree as possible so you can spend time 
interacting with our membership. No "nickel and diming" you!

Will my company logo be included in ACPE conference materials?

Yes! We will use the logo displayed on your company's website unless you provide us with a different one. We will link to your company's website unless you provide another link. Please email any different logos or links to jb@acpenw.org.

How many conference attendees do you expect?

 ACPE's conference is aimed at leadership-level IT professionals, including CIOs, CTOs, executive directors, directors, and network, server and system administrators. We expect our conference to completely sell out as has been the case for the last few years. This means there are approximately 625 conference attendees. 425 of those are leadership and support staff form K-12 IT departments. Our survey of those attendees show over 90% of them are the decision makers or provide significant influence for all IT spending in their school district. The other 200 attendees are staff attending through vendor sponsorship.  

When will sponsors receive an attendee list?

The K-12 attendee list is distributed one week before the conference. You will also receive a final list one week after the conference.
