Setup and Teardown

In case you have a special need for setting up.
  • We keep it simple. Everything you need is included. There's no need to order anything from the Resort, and there's nothing you should be worried about and do not believe you will need to make any special requests.
  • Keep in mind, your sponsorship includes all of the following:
    • All meals, snacks and drinks are provided.
    • Tables, chairs, power, and wireless internet (You will have to request wired internet.)
    • A themed environment, fun, games and prizes that keep our members coming to your booth.=
  • However, to each their own. You may not want any tables, power or Internet. Or you have some other special requests. It's simple to make a request, just use this form:
Setup instructions
  • At 2 p.m. on Wednesday, your team can start setting up your booth. 
  • Resort and ACPE staff will be present to help with any of your needs and make adjustments. 
  • The process very simple and goes very smoothly.
  • Most sponsors are set up in less than an hour.
  • On Wednesday, the Gold Showcase starts at 5:30 p.m. and ends at 7:30 p.m.
  • On Wednesday and Thursday nights, the Diamond and Platinum Showcases start at 8 p.m. and end at 10 p.m.
Teardown Instructions 
  • Remember, Gold Sponsors have a one-night showcase and Platinum and Diamond Sponsors have a two-night showcase.
  • On Wednesday night, Gold Sponsors must start tearing down immediately after their showcase ends at 7:45 p.m. 
  • The room needs to be cleared no later than 10 p.m.
  • Diamond and Platinum Sponsors can start tearing down Thursday night at 10 p.m.
  • But, Platinum and Diamond sponsors be packed up by 10 a.m. Friday giving them the time to enjoy the rest of Thursday night!
